Week 8

We had our first doctor's appointment on Friday, October 22nd. It was super long because they went over a detailed family history medical report. The last 30 minutes was spent with Dr. Ezell. We love, love, love him! He has a great personality and a calming aura. The most exciting part of our visit was the ultrasound where we got to see little baby's heartbeat on the screen! The little munchkin is about 1/2 inch long. Doc said the baby was measuring right where it should and that everything looked great. The heartbeat was 135-138 beats per minute. Looking good!

I've still been feeling good, but I started to get pretty tired during the day during week 7. It's not as bad as with Karmella! And thank you, God, for not gracing me with nausea! Yay!

Other symptoms: my appetite is different every day. Sometimes I am very hungry and other times I barely eat anything and feel full quickly. I don't have any consistent cravings. My cravings are different daily- some days I crave Honeycrisp apples (the BEST apples ever), the next day I won't. Other cravings that come and go.........and come back again are brownies, peanut butter, Lucky Charms, broccoli, ramen noodles, ice cream, and greasy food like Taco Johns! (oooh that sounds good right now). Again, those have just been foods I've craved a couple days, nothing consistent.
